Clinic Policy

At MelbourneArthritis , the health of our people and clients is our top priority. We have well-established protocols for infection control and are closely following the guidance provided by the Australian Government.

We are operating, as usual, to provide quality services to our valued customers and have increased sanitation and preventative measures in place across our workforce to protect our staff and customers.

If you have recently returned from overseas, have flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties), or have been exposed to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), please call BEFORE your appointment so we can discuss the best treatment option for you.

If you attend our clinic, you would be asked to remain in your care till been contacted and on arrival your temperature is recored . We can offer telecare, Teleheath vis Zoom software as well.
